I go to Tatiana whenever I need body work, she is a miracle worker. From lymphatic drainage to cupping, she and her team can do it all. Going to other masseuses when I travel never measures up to my home team here.

Exceptional Experience at Tatiana’s Massage Therapy

Tatiana’s now offers Ashiatsu Massage!  I’ve been a semi-regular client for a couple of years now and when I heard about this new offering, I had to try it.  During an Ashiatsu massage, the therapist uses their bare feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and assisted stretching. Ashiatsu isn’t just a deep tissue barefoot massage technique; it’s the deepest. The therapist uses their feet and controlled weight to apply the massage. For the most part, the method utilizes gravity to assist the massage therapist in giving a consistently deep and relaxing massage. And you cannot tell the difference between their hands and feet.

I have sciatica issues and an arthritic hip.  Tatiana is highly skilled so she as always was appropriately gentle with the affected areas.  Her pacing was perfect which enhanced my relaxation and made for an extremely soothing session.

We had tried another massage parlor nearby and had bad service and left. We walked around and found Tatiana’s and decided to walk in. They got us in an hour later (gave us time for lunch!)

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Tatiana herself was my therapist and my lower back and hamstrings were in turmoil from the flight here. Enjoyed the best massage I’ve had in years with Tatiana, after an exceptionally challenging workout that left my entire body sore. Her touch is both skillful and intuitive, knowing precisely where to focus, without the need for explanation. While I arrived tense and fatigued, I left feeling genuinely restored. Tatiana’s calm, centered presence creates an environment that invites both physical and mental relaxation, and I am especially grateful for the thoughtful, attentive care she brings to her work. As a special bonus, I was paid a visit from her sweet dog, Mochi, whose quiet warmth added an extra layer of comfort to the experience. Cannot recommend enough!

We had a retreat for our team and as a special surprise arranged for Tatiana to come to the retreat house where she gave 7 people short 15 minutes massages.  Each and every one of us could not stop talking how it was the highlight of the retreat!   I am excited to be coming back to Carmel with the family and will book longer sessions as 15 minutes was just too short!  Tatiana is very quick in responding, was accommodating to the different types of massage requests from sports to Swedish, and very fair with pricing.  Highly recommend!

At this price point, I thought I’d give it a try. Tatiana was available quickly and was very caring, though the methods seemed a bit unconventional at times. The massage also ended about 10 minutes early (50 minutes instead of the 60 minutes I signed up for). I don’t think this place will be everyone’s cup of tea, but I do wish them all the best.

Hurt my back and booked a sports massage with Jose. Within a couple of days I felt so much better and was able to get back to my daily routine. I highly recommend and will see Jose again. Also the atmosphere is absolutely stunning!

I asked for a prenatal massage and got more than I expected. The warmed bed and the pregnancy/body pillow were nice touches to make the session comfortable and relaxing. The aromatherapy oil they used also smelled amazing and I believe were specific to body aches/pains. They also cater to your specific needs and focus on your problem areas. Highly recommend if you want personalized massages!

I have enjoyed many massages by Tatiana and a few of the other masseuses here. All are very professional and "intuitive" — meaning that they work on individual regions and work out the issues I have with care. It is my very favorite place to go for a complete massage. They have added many spa services that I will be investigating soon! The studio is filled with many works of original artwork, waterfalls, special lighting and aromas that are really great. I look forward to it every time.

Such a treat to find this treasure in Carmel Barnyard! Great location. Definitely drop by even if you're a local or visiting. They have a lot of openings and really go out of their way to make a treatment work for you.
+ The spa is well decorated and welcoming. I love the indoor sauna room - it felt like such a glamorous treat on the Monterey peninsula! I’ve always gone to Refuge for their saunas but will come here from now on.
+ You can also opt for several packages. I got a facial and she was great!! She explained everything and then I also got a really good massage from Tatiana. They even made a last minute adjustment for me to add in a body scrub and the shower was heavenly.
+ There’s also a cute doggy too!!

Tatiana provided me an excellent sports massage with very firm pressure in addition to hot stones.  I gave her a summary of my recent marathon surf safari as well as prolonged driving to get there and she hit all the right spots for just the right amount of time in each area.  Her massage resulted in my hip socket popping which has only occurred during the best massages over the years, a sign for me that muscles were relaxing in hard to reach areas.  I’ll be back for sure.

We were in the area for my wife’s birthday. I reached out on short notice for a couples massage.  Tatiana was very nice and said she would see if she could make it happen. Later that day, she let me know she secured a spot for us! We saw the highly rated reviews and were excited. We even chose going here versus our hotel spa because we know that getting a good massage therapist is hit or miss. We had Andres and Jia. Low and behold, we had the best massages we have ever had. They were experienced, and applied the pressure we both desired. I have been working out and my massage therapist not only did deep tissue but also some miraculous sports massage techniques. It was relaxing and amazing. This is now our go to spot when in the area. Tatiana thank you for the great service, friendly staff, and for your high standards of care!

Incomparable... When walking into Tatiana's Massage Therapy office you are warmly welcomed by Tatiana and right away she is tending to your needs. My husband and I got a couples deep tissue massage from Jose and Ava... They were welcoming, intently listened to us, considerate of our needs and exceeded our expectations. Two months ago I went to Monterey Day Spa and left very disappointed in the deep tissue massage, I have deep tissue massages in San Jose, but when I say that Tatiana's is incomparable-- she is. Thank you Jose and Ava!!

I am so impressed with the massage I had here with Andres. I could tell right away he is a very experienced massage therapist. He worked some miracles on my neck and shoulder tension and did some work with warmed hands and hot stones that was incredible. I get the sense that the owner of this place really knows her stuff and I imagine any of her staff could give a top-tier massage. Located in the Barnyard at Carmel suite D-12 (I had trouble locating this place at first because Google shows it as a different location. Short notice booking for a 60-minute sports massage was no problem.

We booked a trip to Carmel for my husband‘s birthday and decided to do a couples massage. Boy did we hit the jackpot, this place was everything and more! They were professional and the ambience was perfect! We would highly recommend her. Every time we come to visit Carmel we will definitely stop here for a massage.

If you are searching for a GREAT massage with someone who truly loves what they do. Someone who is knowledgeable about where your body is holding tension and stress, look no further! Monterey and Carmel have many options for massage therapy, but as far as I am concerned I will never go to anyone else but Tatiana's. Tatiana and another massage therapist took great care of my wife and I during our couples massage. It didn't feel like a business transaction, it felt more like coming to a longtime friend, someone who genuinely cared about our well-being and taking care of us. I am not a small person at 6'3 250 lbs, she had no problem working out the knots and just making me feel like I was in the best hands possible. My wife even fell asleep within minutes during her massage. I could go on and on complimenting her, but I will just say you are missing out on a special experience if you have not visited her! Thank you so much Tatiana!

I have seen Tatiana a few times now and I have to say, she's simply the best. I met her when she was was working a very high end event for the big car show and watched people after a few minutes walk away looking like they were given an hour massage after just a few minutes. I knew I had to book with her and I was not disappointed! I regularly get massages in Los Angeles so I feel like I know what to look for and what to expect.

To start, booking with her was pretty easy on her website. The place is tucked away in a really affluent and cute area of Carmel called the barnyard. I think Google told me the wrong suite number....it's actually D-12. Parking was really easy which is always a plus, especially when dealing with Carmel.

Upon walking in she was so professional and instantly put me at ease with her demeanor.
On to the massage. It was firm and strong, shockingly so with her smaller stature in fact! The knots that my regular massage therapist always had trouble with melted away with her. She manipulated my arms to really get to the source. She knew the point that she could go so I was still relaxed but firm enough to get the job done. That in its self is a skill that many massage therapist can't master. My whole body turned to putty in her experienced hands. She was incredibly professional the entire 90 minutes.

I have seen her 3 times now. I go every time I'm in the area for work or golf!

Excellent Masseuse! Great sense for how much or little your muscles will tolerate. I had shoulder surgery,  and I get a deep tissue massage to help break up the scar tissue. I come away with more pain free mobility every time!

This was an amazing experience. I did experience a booking conflict, but the staff was prompt in contacting me via text and email to resolve it. I didn't get her name, but my masseuse was very talented in helping me relieve tension and stress. If you have a very physical lifestyle, I highly recommend coming here every omce and awhile. The facility is nice. Parking is ample. Very calming and soothing and worth it! I feel rejuvenated.

Had a fantastic massage with Tatiana. This was my first visit and I really found myself liking the comfortable and cozy environment. Brandi at the front desk was SO nice and welcoming and Tatiana was so warm and welcoming. The pressure of the massage was perfect and Tatiana frequently initiated verbal check-ins to make sure I was ok with the pressure!

Hands down (no pun intended) best and most professional therapist by far. Tatiana was very accommodating in a reschedule that was on my end. Her massage space is inviting and very tranquil and I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in bonus for a greeting by the best doggie ever. My session was therapeutic and helped relieve travel tensions. Tatiana preformed lymphatic draining modality that was very helpful. Don’t delay book a session with this talented therapist!!

Fantastic experience using Tatiana for my weekly lymphatic drainage massages and also just recently did the full body scrub and 90 minute massage. Her spa is beautiful and very relaxing. Highly recommend visiting if you need any spa treatments of massage.

My most favorite is CC who intuitively knows exactly what I need. Tatiana  is amazing for deep & lymphatic massages while Andres is my go to for hot stone massage. They also have the best facials, a very relaxing, hot sauna, and cozy, comfortable environments for relaxing in between treatments. I had a great overall experience and massage at Tatiana's. Andres was my massage therapist and he was very professional, courteous and a skilled massage therapist. The massage incorporated hot stones, warm towels, essential oils and varied techniques- an awesome experience. Booking was very easy with good availability even somewhat last minute, and I felt the prices were very fair for the area. The massage studio itself is clean and cozy, and the massage room was great with a wonderful table warmer, many clean blankets and was very spacious. I would absolutely return for another massage here on my next trip to Carmel!
