Well, it’s good to know your Masseuse because she knows how to take care of you! I have to start off by saying last minute 90 minute booking was easy and when Tatiana came in the room, My body changed to an unbelievable release of pain and tension.! People go in for quick 30 minute massage Which I guess Is OK but a 90 is when you know you invested in your body💥 this is a very beautiful and peaceful place, She is very talented in the different tools to release the tension in your body. I highly recommend this 90 minute program for everybody. 💥...more

I was on a golf trip with a friend. We played 4 rounds in 5 days. This lead to some soreness in the back and legs. We both scheduled a massage at Tatiana's and man did the therapists there kill it. They were fantastic. We both got the 90-minute deep tissue and felt great afterwards. I highly recommend this place! It's also in a cool shopping village so you can have a beer at the Irish bar next door or check out the other shops nearby....more

After several exhausting days of work and moving an office, I tweaked my back and was dealing with significant pain and stiffness. The owner took the time to understand the problem and delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. Her knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were exceptional. She knew exactly how to address my problem areas, and I walked out feeling dramatically better. Soon after, my back felt as good as new! It’s wonderful to have such a world-class wellness center right here in our office complex. I highly recommend this business for anyone seeking exceptional care and an outstanding massage experience. Here’s a polished 5-star review you can post:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After hearing my husband rave about the incredible massage he received from Tatiana the day before, I had to book an appointment for myself, and I’m so glad I did. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

I booked the 90-minute full-body massage, and everything about the experience was exceptional. Tatiana’s pressure was absolutely perfect, and she has an incredible ability to identify areas of tension and provide real relief. She incorporated stretching throughout the session, which made a huge difference in how my body felt afterward.

It’s clear that Tatiana has an exceptional understanding of the body. She is highly skilled, professional, and creates a welcoming, relaxing environment with her positive energy. I left feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely refreshed.

If you’re looking for a massage therapist who truly knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients, I can’t recommend Tatiana enough. I’ll definitely be back!...more

This is one of the best massages I’ve had, and that’s saying a lot. I came in for deep tissue and after chatting with Tatiana I trusted her right away to do whatever type she sensed was best. I suffer from chronic shoulder dislocations and happened to dislocate my shoulder again right before a trip to Monterey. I knew the 3 hour drive down the coast from San Francisco would completely destroy my shoulder, so I booked a session with Tatiana for I got into town.

Tatiana and her team took great care of my shoulder-- when I mentioned the injury, Tatiana suggested a different kind of therapeutic massage instead of the deep tissue massage I had booked, and I'm super glad she did, I walked out feeling about as pain free as I could have, ready to destroy my shoulder again with some wildlife photography. Overall I'd highly recommend Tatiana and her team!...more

I saw Tatiana three times in five days during my trip to Carmel, and she completely transformed the experience for me. My back was in very poor shape when I arrived, and because of her work I was able to walk upright, stay out of pain, and actually enjoy my time there. Without her, the trip would have been very different.

She has an incredible ability, almost a sixth sense, to know exactly where to work and how much pressure to use. Each session built on the last, and the improvement was noticeable every time I left her table.

I only wish I lived in Northern California so I could continue seeing her regularly. Tatiana is exceptionally talented, intuitive, and professional. I can’t recommend her highly enough...more

I asked for a prenatal massage and got more than I expected. The warmed bed and the pregnancy/body pillow were nice touches to make the session comfortable and relaxing. The aromatherapy oil they used also smelled amazing and I believe were specific to body aches/pains. They also cater to your specific needs and focus on your problem areas. Highly recommend if you want personalized massages!...more

I have enjoyed many massages by Tatiana and a few of the other masseuses here. All are very professional and "intuitive" — meaning that they work on individual regions and work out the issues I have with care. It is my very favorite place to go for a complete massage. They have added many spa services that I will be investigating soon! The studio is filled with many works of original artwork, waterfalls, special lighting and aromas that are really great. I look forward to it every time....more

Exceptional Experience at Tatiana’s Massage Therapy

Tatiana’s now offers Ashiatsu Massage! I’ve been a semi-regular client for a couple of years now and when I heard about this new offering, I had to try it. During an Ashiatsu massage, the therapist uses their bare feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and assisted stretching. Ashiatsu isn’t just a deep tissue barefoot massage technique; it’s the deepest. The therapist uses their feet and controlled weight to apply the massage. For the most part, the method utilizes gravity to assist the massage therapist in giving a consistently deep and relaxing massage. And you cannot tell the difference between their hands and feet.

I have sciatica issues and an arthritic hip. Tatiana is highly skilled so she as always was appropriately gentle with the affected areas. Her pacing was perfect which enhanced my relaxation and made for an extremely soothing session.

The moment you step inside Tatiana’s Massage Therapy, the calming scents and soft music create a serene environment. The decor is tastefully done, promoting relaxation and comfort.
Besides the new Ashiatsu massage, the spa offers a wide range of massage and facial options which makes it easy to find the perfect fit for any preference.

The combination of the peaceful setting, expert staff, and diverse services makes Tatiana’s Massage Therapy a must-visit. Whether seeking relief from stress or simply a moment of indulgence, this spa delivers an exceptional experience....more

I had a great overall experience and massage at Tatiana's. Andres was my massage therapist and he was very professional, courteous and a skilled massage therapist. The massage incorporated hot stones, warm towels, essential oils and varied techniques- an awesome experience. Booking was very easy with good availability even somewhat last minute, and I felt the prices were very fair for the area. The massage studio itself is clean and cozy, and the massage room was great with a wonderful table warmer, many clean blankets and was very spacious. I would absolutely return for another massage here on my next trip to Carmel!...more

This was an amazing experience. I did experience a booking conflict, but the staff was prompt in contacting me via text and email to resolve it. I didn't get her name, but my masseuse was very talented in helping me relieve tension and stress. If you have a very physical lifestyle, I highly recommend coming here every omce and awhile. The facility is nice. Parking is ample. Very calming and soothing and worth it! I feel rejuvenated....more

Such a treat to find this treasure in Carmel Barnyard! Great location. Definitely drop by even if you're a local or visiting. They have a lot of openings and really go out of their way to make a treatment work for you.
+ The spa is well decorated and welcoming. I love the indoor sauna room - it felt like such a glamorous treat on the Monterey peninsula! I’ve always gone to Refuge for their saunas but will come here from now on.
+ You can also opt for several packages. I got a facial and she was great!! She explained everything and then I also got a really good massage from Tatiana. They even made a last minute adjustment for me to add in a body scrub and the shower was heavenly.
+ There’s also a cute doggy too!!...more

Tatiana and her therapists provide outstanding massages and facials. Brandi offers wonderful facials. The products Brandi uses for the facials are top of the line. My skin glistens and feels so much better after the facial. I highly recommend Brandi. Tatiana gives great deep tissue massages and uses hot stone therapy. I feel so much better each time I use Tatiana. The salon is well organized and equipped. Tatiana also has other massage therapists. Jose is very strong and is great with deep tissue massages too. If you're looking to really be pampered in Carmel... go to Tatiana's massage therapy and facials in the Barnyard. You'll be very satisfied. I don't use anyone else. 😀...more

Tatiana is a Bolivian goddess with the most supple yet firm hands known to mankind. My husband and I went in for a couples massage on the last day of the year. Carmel was in the midst of torrential downpour and power outages, we needed a reprieve from the calamity before we rang in the New Year’s. I must have phoned over a dozen massage parlors, and Tatiana saved the day with a last minute open space for 2. The facility was cozy, modern with a homely flair, a welcoming first impression. Here, we were greeted by the personable staff and Tatiana’s CFO, chief friendly officer, a cuddly four-legged fur ball. Tatiana was my masseuse, and immediately she got down to business. I specified I was a weight lifter and she targeted my pain points with the utmost grace and care. The whimsical music, the aromatic essential oils and hot stones were the perfect trifecta of serenity. Once the 60 minutes were up, I walked out of there recharged, refreshed and the most rejuvenated version of myself. Here I come 2023, all thanks to Tatiana’s magical workings ❤️...more

We were in the area for my wife’s birthday. I reached out on short notice for a couples massage. Tatiana was very nice and said she would see if she could make it happen. Later that day, she let me know she secured a spot for us! We saw the highly rated reviews and were excited. We even chose going here versus our hotel spa because we know that getting a good massage therapist is hit or miss. We had Andres and Jia. Low and behold, we had the best massages we have ever had. They were experienced, and applied the pressure we both desired. I have been working out and my massage therapist not only did deep tissue but also some miraculous sports massage techniques. It was relaxing and amazing. This is now our go to spot when in the area. Tatiana thank you for the great service, friendly staff, and for your high standards of care!...more

If you are searching for a GREAT massage with someone who truly loves what they do. Someone who is knowledgeable about where your body is holding tension and stress, look no further! Monterey and Carmel have many options for massage therapy, but as far as I am concerned I will never go to anyone else but Tatiana's. Tatiana and another massage therapist took great care of my wife and I during our couples massage. It didn't feel like a business transaction, it felt more like coming to a longtime friend, someone who genuinely cared about our well-being and taking care of us. I am not a small person at 6'3 250 lbs, she had no problem working out the knots and just making me feel like I was in the best hands possible. My wife even fell asleep within minutes during her massage. I could go on and on complimenting her, but I will just say you are missing out on a special experience if you have not visited her! Thank you so much Tatiana!...more

I have seen Tatiana a few times now and I have to say, she's simply the best. I met her when she was was working a very high end event for the big car show and watched people after a few minutes walk away looking like they were given an hour massage after just a few minutes. I knew I had to book with her and I was not disappointed! I regularly get massages in Los Angeles so I feel like I know what to look for and what to expect.

To start, booking with her was pretty easy on her website. The place is tucked away in a really affluent and cute area of Carmel called the barnyard. I think Google told me the wrong suite number....it's actually D-12. Parking was really easy which is always a plus, especially when dealing with Carmel.

Upon walking in she was so professional and instantly put me at ease with her demeanor.
On to the massage. It was firm and strong, shockingly so with her smaller stature in fact! The knots that my regular massage therapist always had trouble with melted away with her. She manipulated my arms to really get to the source. She knew the point that she could go so I was still relaxed but firm enough to get the job done. That in its self is a skill that many massage therapist can't master. My whole body turned to putty in her experienced hands. She was incredibly professional the entire 90 minutes.

I have seen her 3 times now. I go every time I'm in the area for work or golf!...more

Tatiana provided me an excellent sports massage with very firm pressure in addition to hot stones. I gave her a summary of my recent marathon surf safari as well as prolonged driving to get there and she hit all the right spots for just the right amount of time in each area. Her massage resulted in my hip socket popping which has only occurred during the best massages over the years, a sign for me that muscles were relaxing in hard to reach areas. I’ll be back for sure.

Just went back and Tati’s still got it, best sports massage I’ve had and a better location now....more
