Prenatal massage is available as an option and is safe during many stages of pregnancy. Please inform us of due dates, complications, or high-risk conditions; therapists will modify positioning and pressure for comfort and safety.
Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy meals, and wear comfortable clothing. Complete intake forms and communicate medical history or allergies. Expect to disrobe to your comfort level; therapists drape appropriately and will discuss preferences before beginning.
