Arrive with clean, dry skin and wear loose clothing. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long. Avoid heavy creams, recent tanning, or sunburn before your visit. Tell us about medications or skin treatments beforehand to prevent irritation.

Some discomfort is normal, but sessions are brief. We use proper technique and calming products to reduce pain. Avoid caffeine beforehand, consider an over-the-counter pain reliever if needed, and take deep breaths to help manage sensations.

Appointments generally last 15 to 30 minutes including consultation and post-wax soothing. Timing depends on hair density and whether the upper or lower back is treated. We aim for efficient, comfortable service without rushing.

Keep the area clean and avoid hot showers, saunas, and heavy exercise for 24 hours. Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer and avoid sun exposure or self-tanners for 48 hours. Gently exfoliate after 4–7 days to prevent ingrown hairs.

Most clients book every 4–6 weeks depending on individual hair growth. Regular waxing leads to finer, sparser regrowth, allowing longer intervals. We’ll recommend a tailored schedule based on your regrowth and maintenance goals.

Avoid waxing over sunburn, open wounds, active acne, or recent chemical peels. Inform us about medications like Accutane, blood thinners, or topical retinoids. We’ll assess each client and may postpone or suggest alternatives for safety.
